Welcome to Paymine ("Paymine", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our products and services, including but not limited to ASIC miners and hosting services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use our services.

2.1 Hardware Sales
We sell new ASIC miners. All product listings include detailed specifications, condition, and availability. All sales are final unless otherwise specified.
2.2 hosting services
We offer hosting for mining equipment in our data centers. Hosting includes setup, power provisioning, internet connectivity, and basic maintenance. Hosting availability and pricing depend on location and power costs and are subject to change.
3. orders and payments
All prices are in FIAT/Crypto unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, crypto payments (BTC, USDC, etc.).
Crypto payments must be received in full within the payment window. Late or underpaid transactions may be canceled or delayed.
4. Delivery and Setup
4.1 Shipping
We deliver globally. Delivery timeframes vary by region and inventory location.
4.2 Hosting Deployment
Deployment of your miners in our hosting facilities takes 1–3 weeks after payment and miner arrival (if not purchased from us directly).
5. Warranties and Liability
New hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
We are not responsible for losses due to miner downtime, network difficulty, market fluctuations, or force majeure events (e.g., power outages, natural disasters).
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Hardware purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the product is DOA (dead on arrival).
Hosting services may be refunded on a prorated basis if canceled, subject to a 15% early termination fee.
If we terminate services for a breach of these Terms, no refund is due.
7. Miner Performance and Uptime
While we target 96%+ uptime, hosting uptime is not guaranteed.
Maintenance, curtailments (if applicable) may affect uptime.
We notify customers in advance of planned maintenance or curtailments where possible.
8. Customer Obligations
You agree to:
Provide accurate contact and billing information;
Respect our staff;
Pay invoices on time to avoid service interruptions.
9. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance
We collect and process your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
We only collect data necessary to deliver services.
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data at any time.
We use secure servers and encryption to protect your information.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our site, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Paymine. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use our services.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the product or service in question.
